The final design led to different solutions horizontally and vertically, with and without base, for the 32-inch monitor and vertically only with the base, for the 46-inch monitor.

New solutions and tools designed to bring what can be defined as a real digital revolution in worldwide retail optical stores. All this was the focus at the Luxottica stand at the MIDO in Milan, from 23 to 25 February.

The company’s stand at Italy’s most important eyewear fair showcased a range of solutions designed to accelerate the digital transformation of the optical sector, a process that will benefit everyone—clients and consumers alike.

The first innovative concept, presented exclusively at MIDO, allows eyewear consumers to digitally interact with Luxottica’s entire product catalog within any optometrist’s or optical store.

A completely new project

Beyond the study related to aesthetics and functionality, a considerable effort was required on identifying the correct monitor ventilation parameters and finding solutions aimed at obtaining the necessary certifications.
